kvcheban got a reaction from Regismemory in Hi-Res (or best available) versions of Regina's album art?
    Hi!
The album page looks very cool! It's great to have everything at once.
Regarding lyrics: recently I've noticed lyrics on the official website. Just straight text, no division into verse, chorus. But it's a primary source comparing to popular lyrics websites which mess up from time to time.

P.S. keep on developing your website! It already offers so many features and contains different kind of well-structured content. What it really lacks is the amount of users as passionate as you. Hope it changes in future!

I also wonder it. And how it's been existed unnoticed. It's studio quality and I've never heard anything like that from Regina

Thanks! I’ll keep that in mind when I add more lyrics... I don’t really like how the chorus is divided now. I’ll fix it eventually.
It really means alot to me that someone likes my site  Thanks for adding those lyrics on Songs btw!
If you or anyone else has suggestions please do tell me...
I found this recording of Regina talking in Russian. It’s not an interview... I’m not really sure what it is. Does anyone have any info on it?

    Welcome on board!

I discovered Regina 1.5 years ago and I also obsessed! I've also been on her concert just once (it was a reason to travel abroad for the first time) and I'm looking forward to her shows in Europe ever since.

And I can also say that Regina brought my perception of music to the next level. All the different moods her songs have, all the things she does with piano, all the unusual vocal techniques she includes, all the stories, problems and situations she puts in her lyrics - everything makes her and her music so special. And she is even more special for me because I speak russian (by the way we made a video with birthday wishes for her latest birthday in russian, she liked it, I'm so happy we could bring some love back to her).

I agree, Regina deserves everything, including a horde of active fans in this forum

Hi! I'm glad there are new members on Brumstix, this place has been a little lonely lately. I've never formally introduced myself.. so here it goes.
My name is Jacob Prince, I live in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and I'm probably the youngest Brumstix member there is. I am 15 years old. (pause for effect)
I am a cellist and want to study the cello professionally. I am currently homeschooled & practice around 3-4 hours a day. I also code websites, compose music, and write poetry. I have listened to Regina for six years, ever since cheap seats was released, and I have been to one of her concerts.
Brumstix users know me for creating reginasaurus.net, a Regina Spektor fansite where you can download regina's old recordings. Read my poetry on my personal website, jprince.net.
I first found Regina when my nine-year-old-self was curious about the notorious iPod advertisement, which featured the Cheap Seats album art. The first song I heard was Don't Leave Me. After listening to Cheap Seats for a while, I progressed to Live in London. I learned to appreciate Regina's artistry and talent in that album. Next I listened to 11:11 then Begin to Hope, and eventually far. I didn't hear Songs until Remember us to Life was released.

Since I discovered Regina I have listened to her for countless hours, admired her, and built my collection of her unreleased songs. I even have a Regina shrine in my room. I visited the Sidewalk Cafe last summer, and got a little postcard with a drawing of the cafe. I dream of Regina signing it. When I got my picture taken in front of the building the employees got a little freaked out.
I've never once cried at Samson, neither do I think the song is emotional. I have cried at Sellers of Flowers, her cover of Moon River, and Dead of Night (From the beauty musical). I think Somedays, Braille, and obsolete are the most emotional songs.
I never could have a favourite song or album, but there are moments in her music that I truly admire and that amaze me. One moment is in Daniel Cowman when she sings,
    "And he start remembering
    And remembering
    And remembering
    Remembering
    Remembering..."
And when she refers to Shakesphere's the temptest in the same song
"A man destined to drown can never burn
A man destined to drown can never burn
A man destined to drown can never ever burn"
Another moment I admire, the same moment I knew I was absolutely obsessed with her, is the opening of better. I heard her play the song live on Saint Patricks day 2017. In the stage fog, she opened the concert with those first few chords of better. It was the most amazing feeling in the world. I never had listened to better much; I felt the song was over-produced, but I fell in love with it after the experience.
Another moment that I love is the magestical sound of 20 Years of Snow, and the glissening guitar in Another Town. I also love the cello solo in Sellers of Flowers and orchestration in the song. I also love the marimba at the beginning of Don't Leave Me, but only because regina plays the marimba on the track. I imagine her being so cute playing it  . The image of her lauging as she hits the wooden keys will never leave my brain.

Recently I have been sad over Regina. It may be years before she releases any new music, and even longer before she tours again. She is taking time to be a great mother to her son, who may possibly be the greatest musician of our time. I am also sad for Regina. Her most popular songs like Fidelity & You've Got Time, don't feature her playing piano. It just shows how crappy mainstream music is. Even if those songs rock, I'd much rather hear the authenticity and talent of Regina soaring through her amazing piano ballads.
I think I've somewhat introduced myself. I love you all, I only want the best for the community. I hope my website preserves Regina's music for years to come. I also hope we can find old missing recordings through contributions to the site. Already we have uncovered & shared the missing 2009 White Session. Recently user cmarez93  upoaded Regina's Amazon Music session, which was previously no where to be found.
If you have any recordings that are not already on the site, please upload them! They may be missing! I had the 2009 White session sitting around on my computer, little did I know it was missing.
Please check out the site! make an account! contribute to the community! reginasaurus.net
    Thanks, Regis Memory

I'm new to this sight, so I just want to make a shout out to all of you Regina fans.  I am one of you and am so happy to have found a sight where fans as passionate as us can communicate. I am so thankful that I get to read your opinions and reflections on this wonderful, talented, and brilliant artist's music. I can't wait to hear more from you guys!
Unfortunately I only discovered Regina Spektor about 2 years ago. I am completely obsessed. Her music never gets old to me and I am always discovering new songs. Back in 2016 I had the opportunity to go to her Remember Us to Life Tour opening concert in LA. I have been to many great concerts, but this will always be my favorite. I wasn't close to the stage and tickets were extremely pricey, but I can say confidently that it was worth every penny. I will always remember that night. She is such an amazing artist and her music makes me smile, makes me cry, makes me believe, allows me to reflect, and inspires me to dream.
I have always felt drawn towards music, but it wasn't until I discovered Regina Spektor that I realized how much I actually love music. I have recently decided to minor in music and it is one of the best decisions I've ever made. Now that I have moved away for college it is harder for me to find a way to go to her concerts, but if she goes on tour again, I will do whatever I can to get the opportunity to witness her magic again. Until then, I'll continue listening to her recordings and continue to annoy my friends with my obsession. I look forward to chatting with all of you and expressing love and appreciation that this queen deserves!

Exciting news for the Brumstix community!
Me and Brumstix user Universal Edibility are now running the new site. We haven't uploaded all the recordings that were on the old site but we will soon.
The new site allows you to upload recordings from your own collectio. You can also upload pictures, and connect with other users on the forum page.
Please make an account and upload your recordings!
Illegal sharing of her music will not be tolerated. Only upload live recordings for now. I have already uploaded most unreleased studio recordings, Any new recordings uploaded to the studio category must be verified by me before going public.
Go make an account, explore, and contribute!!! http://reginasaurus.net

Here is my less-than-great recording of Regina's performance of Flyin' from the 11/11 show in Baltimore (+ a bit of extra content of Regina discussing recent events)!  Sorry for the rustling in the beginning.  I was rushing to get my phone out and set up once she said "So, it's 11/11..."

Hi all, Regina kicked off the Special Solo Tour last night in Tucson, AZ and I want to share the setlist from the show. She was amazing! She took some requests from the crowd and she was her usual foul-mouthed/adorable-self! She's battling bronchitis so she didn't sing as much as she would have liked, but she did not disappoint! She started promptly at 8:00pm; no opening band and no encore.  It would be cool to see what songs she plays in other cities, please share!

Okay i want some thoughts on this...
Soundstage was removed from Itunes with no explaination, and there was no publicity for the album whatsoever.
For this new special solo tour, do you think she might release a new album or live album featuring oldies like loveology.
I want this to be a thing so bad! respond your thoughts please!
Regina if you read this, PLAY BELT ON YOUR TOUR!! IT ROCKS MORE THAN SMALL BILL$ AND THATS SAYING ALOT
