  1. Eet

What are your takes on this song? I feel like its describing the feeling of falling out of love... "You can't believe it..." It's surprising, confusing, and you're torn between thinking its your own fault, and that something was taking away from you. This seems to tie in with the third verse: "someone's deciding..." Which places a different perspective on 'having something taken away from you' unjustly. Maybe this is a tad disjointed... Thoughts?

  5. So you all know how "Name that Reg Tune" works, but here's a little twist on it. Players give a full line from a Regina song, but with key words and phrases replaced with others of the same meaning. For example, the line "This is how it works" from "On the Radio" could become "This is its method of operation." Other players then "translate" the line back to its original form and name the song. The first person to guess correctly gets to pick the next line! I'll start it off: "We'll traverse to the Nickelodeon, my incantation will be without theme." Edit: Wow I must say, based on watching this game, stixers have some heavy vocabularies. Lol.

  8. Regina on Iron Man 3 as Black Widow??!! (IMDB)

In any case, the entry was taken down: Iron Man 3 is no longer listed under Regina, and vice versa. It would have been a neat bit of casting, but if she ever does pursue acting, I'm sure the wait will be well worth it.
  9. OMG!! New Movie featuring Regina !!!!

This was not a good movie.. Maybe if regina was in it it would have been a little more worthwhile Hasn't Disney done the whole turning-into-a-bear-to-learn-about-love thing before?
  10. The Complete Spektography - Every. Single. Song.

What an incredible 11:11 era song! What shall we call it until we find out the real title? "Walk on Water?"
  11. A Place to Ask Any Regina Related Question

In the album booklet for WWSFTCS, regina dedicates the record to "my Roza." Who is Roza, and is she the same person as "Roza Vasserman" is who is listed right before the Spektor family in the thank-yous of Far?
  12. Name that Reg Tune... in other words

"You're like a party somebody threw me" - The Party (and congratulations! Shall we throw you a 100th post part? ) "By what means shall my mental storage facilities be cleansed of the affection you gave me?"
  13. Lana Del Rey

I've read similar articles. Thanks for posting!
  14. Regina on the Colbert Report June 7th

This is pretty exciting promotion! The audience of that show is probably the super plugged-in type who will actually pay attention to her and check her out online after the show And I'm sure she'll be just darling throughout the interview
  15. 2012-06-05 Secret NYC Show

Damn I didn't get an email and neither did my boyfriend... I hope the people who got in deserve to be there as much as we all do
  16. Lana Del Rey

^ There's nothing so hypocritical as a hipster backlash
  17. Lana Del Rey

Despite the fact that I totally understand all the hate for her, I adore Lana. I'm actually seeing her a week from tomorrow with my boyfriend. She's not the most talented vocalist in the game right now, but I still find myself really admiring her sound and her ability to create a mood. My favorites from her 'Born to Die' album are the title track, "Off to the Races," and "Lucky Ones."

My first regina concert will be with me for years to come.

Was it the same thing he drew after the Philly show?

And Jamie, you're so right about that tambourine guy! I don't think there was a person in the place who wasn't fascinated by him

Last night and my first regina show was everything I hoped it would be and more, minus the rudeness of some of the audience. Her performance was brilliant (what a wonderfully long set that was! We're so lucky), and meeting her was phenomenal. I thanked her for the role she's played in my life for almost six years, and told her that On the Radio saved my life, and she looked me in the eyes and said "You never should have been in any danger." It was so cool to meet a few of you, too! My friends weren't really up for meeting new people so unfortunately I didn't get to mingle in the Stix bunch as much as I would have liked to, but there's always next time
