  3. Beth Nielsen Chapman

After listening to a fine interview on BBC Radio 2 last Sunday morning, where Aled Jones chatted to Beth Nielsen Chapman about her life & latest album "BACK TO LOVE", I was determined to get the album. The interview can be accessed for just a few days now, 1 hour 20 minutes into this link. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/e...g_Sunday_24_01_2010/ On the first day of its release, Mon. 25th Jan. 2010, I drove forty miles to get "Back To Love", so I am delighted to post on here, that I believe it is a wonderful, inspirational album with superbly performed songs. I was so impressed with the first Single released from the album, "Even As It All Goes By", that I drove around Sussex this morning to find a spot to create a video around it, then I spent some hours getting it uploaded & processed to YouTube to share with you. Here is my 300th Video on YouTube & I have my fingers crossed that you enjoy it.
  4. ORIGINAL VIDEOS TWO

I just tried replying to the guy who uploaded an animated Birds Video on his original thread, but for some reason I was blocked! Not to be outdone, as I love birds, feathered or otherwise, and a few months ago I made a Tribute Video to all the Gorgeous Birds (Ladies) who have signed their albums or books for me over the years!

For some reason, only "Quick replies" are allowed on this site today!

  7. What are you listening to right now?

  8. Beth Nielsen Chapman

To complement my Live Version of "How We Love" on YouTube, yesterday I created this version.
  9. What are you Eeting right now?

I'm just about to make myself a nice cuppa English Tea & scoff one of the Fruit Medley Muffins I baked last evening.
  10. Hello

Welcome aboard Julien, despite your relatively narrow tastes in Music! I just luuuuuurve Country Music & used a song, loosely from that genre, to back a recent video I uploaded to YouTube. Go here for a look & a guarantee that you will smile! http://www.youtube.com/user/Li...e#p/u/10/zKMavBV7QkU

I just cannot believe that there are no Music Lovers on Brumstix, who have checked out my video of Beth Nielsen Chapman singing "How We Love" then made a positive comment on this thread. Even if you are blind & deaf you will note how the audience are locked into Beth's performance, there is barely a sound from them & certainly no movement from their seats. Just compare that performance with this video, also taken by MOI, who often seems to plough a lone furrow on Brumstix at times! Also do check out the difference in the number of hits on each YouTube video, then wake up and respond to my thread.

Great News, I have booked three tickets for the best seats in the house, at Leicester's De Montfort Hall on Wednesday 22nd September 2010, where Beth Nielsen Chapman returns in triumph to the UK, where she first introduced her fabulous album "BACK TO LOVE" to discerning audiences in the South of England, last Spring. Accompanying me to Leicester will be two of my sons, Billy & Marty, who are musicians in their own right, albeit in a Polar Opposite genre to that of sweet Beth! IMHO, my sons will gain benefit from Beth's years of Songwriting & Performing and her accompanying Musicians who will be seasoned professionals. Here is my sons' current most popular song on YouTube, so do feel free to comment if you believe that they will learn something from a Live Beth Nielsen Chapman Gig!
  13. SUMMER FUN

I haven't posted much on here lately, as I have been busy enjoying the best English Summer for a long time. Personally, at my ripe old age, even though I am exactly one year younger than Cliff Richard, I prefer gentle Summer Visits to beautiful English Gardens, as shown in two of my videos below. Sheffield Park Gardens http://www.youtube.com/user/Li...e#p/u/22/hGFpOBjGiow Wakehurst Place http://www.youtube.com/user/Li...ce#p/u/5/QreVaSUBVWY However, I am broadminded enough to appreciate that others enjoy much more active SUMMER FUN, such as these pretty young things that I photographed last Saturday Morning in Uckfield. Those ladies were off to Brighton for a quiet day of SUMMER FUN! Please feel free to post about your favourite way of having SUMMER FUN!
  14. SUMMER FUN

Wow, this thread is proving popular, I didn't realise that Regina Lovers work so hard that they just cannot indulge in trivial "SUMMER FUN"! In addition to videoing Birds on Local Lakes,I do enjoy a day by the Sea and visited an old hunting ground, just down the road from Brighton, last Wednesday 11th August 2010. http://www.youtube.com/user/Li...ce#p/u/2/1WKpodgF56k

  16. Beth Nielsen Chapman

Well, I had a truly lovely day yesterday and getting back to topic, I am trying to get to see sweet Beth again, when she returns to England in September. Watch this space.
  17. HALLELUJAH

OMG, just look, listen & unravel with this Video.
  18. HALLELUJAH

Belatedly, I reckon I've put this thread "HALLELUJAH" in the wrong section on here, as I would have expected more responses to a wonderful song that our Regina has covered on many occasions quite brilliantly. Can anybody help me and suggest where & how I can move it?
  19. HALLELUJAH

The bloke what wrote this fantastic song has a voice like gravel being crunched under a ten ton lorry, but what the hell, Len knows how it should be sung; "It goes like this the fourth the fifth." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...-IfC98M&feature=av2n
  20. Beth Nielsen Chapman

I'm up early on a calm, still Sunday Morning here in deepest Olde Englande and the Sun has just come out to touch the leaves on the Tall Trees in the fine garden I look out upon, just above my computer screen. I am in a very reflective mood this morning and just watched this video on YouTube. DO HAVE A TRULY LOVELY DAY.
  21. HALLELUJAH

OMG, this is one helluva rendition of "HALLELUJAH". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LuPA28VFXZw
  22. Beth Nielsen Chapman

As you have probably gathered by now, I am a prolific Video Uploader to YouTube, but I am astounded that my video of Beth Nielsen Chapman singing "How We Love" live at Brighton, back in February 2010, has totted up 7,000 hits to date! Beth returns to the UK to complete her Tour supporting her wonderful album, Back To Love, in September 2010, look here for more information. http://www.bethnielsenchapman....x.php?page=tourdates If you get the, chance, I strongly recommend seeing Beth perform live, as that gig in Brighton was one of the best nights out in my long life!
  23. HALLELUJAH

I really thought that was a valiant effort to sing "Hallelujah" with no accompaniment. I've had a wonderful day today, over here in deepest England, I'm now off to bed and I felt that I must post on here and thank you for an emotional rendition that I truly enjoyed & much appreciated. VERY WELL DONE YOU.
  24. FOUL PLAY

I popped up to a Local Pub, "The Pig & Butcher", last evening as a Local Band named "FOUL PLAY" were performing. These lads took me back years with their Classic Rock Covers and a good night was had by all! Just come back in Time by checking these Videos out!
  25. HALLELUJAH

I just found another pretty decent live version of "Hallelujah" by a Group almost as good as "FOUL PLAY"!
