the only thing to be concerned about is if you haven't done the things you want to do with your life. then, of course, you'll have regrets and not want to age.

Still single. I think finding one's soulmate must be the toughest thing ever.

you don't find them. they find you. Smiler

Yep, it sucks!!! There are a TINY bit of good parts to being a teenager here and there but overall its miserable in my opinion. Broke,no freedom, and stupid school..Speaking of school I gotta go get my new schedule in thirty minutes... Frowner

i love being a teenager..

its just so funn! if you do the things you need to do right, you get rewarded in ohter things.. the security of parents, the boundaries are all nice cushions to lean on sometimes.. my siblings told me to love these years, and only fight with the parentals when its absolutely necessary, cos you have to live/love them Razzer its all so nice, i mean you dont have to pay for anything, free food, tv, internet, a half paid for POS car *but a car is a car!*..

Smiler I guess i just like weird things.. oh but the social shiz sucks when you meet people who have the mental abilities/maturity of a mildly incapacitated neanderthal..

It does have some good parts to it. Now I am not bragging at all but I am of higher intelligence than most kids my age..(Im 14). Now I have lots of friends and best friends its just that I cant really get into a deep friendship with anyone. Because I cant talk with kids in terms of an intelligent and entertaining conversation. All my friends wanna do is talk about boobs and look at porn. Another Reason, is that I am the only person I know in person who is and Xtreme Regina fan.I do enjoy not having to pay bills and all that jazz but overall I would much rather be an adult.

Being a teenager... there are the two sides. The years from twelwe to fifteen were quite hard for me with lots of issues with myself and my class in school, social issues and issues with self-esteem. All that jazz. Sometimes I was very miserable and just wanted to get out of it. But even then there was also great stuff going on and it never sucked too bad to be a teenager. The latter teen years have been awesome. I've started to have some freedom, a little money to do whatever I want for my parents pay for my living. School is wonderful and just safe and nice. You don't have to be too smart about your future career and stuff like that yet.

Brady: when I was fourteen it sometimes felt like I lived in a different planet than my peers, but the feeling has passed. I got to upper secondary with people who share my interest ans who are smart. I think the same will happen to you eventually. People around you will become more mature or you'll find other people.

Being seventeen has been and still is wonderful, but I only have one more month to go... Then I'll become legally adult which is kind of scary, but I hope there will also be good sides in turning 18. I'm mildly afraid of aging mostly because I fear I'll never achieve things I want to achieve and life will just flow past. The good side is that I'm still young and have time to make sure that won't happen.
