i'm gonna listen to this until i'm sick of it. in its entirety, it gives me an entirely different vibe than i'd expected!

some of the lyrics seem awkward, but i don't have any helpful corrections Smiler

is there a topic on this in the lyrics section?

P.S. my goodness, this song is sad.. yet happy...

oh wait. it's regina we're talking about Smiler

I'm still too enamored with this song to post interpretations Razzer ... but I do think that the line "Love what you have and you'll have your love" might be "Love what you have and you'll have more love."

I might be wrong though, I'm terrible at discerning lyrics from recordings!

yup, upon further listening, it's definitely "more love."

The only line I'm really not sure of is the one in italics.

I think the line in italics is "so it soon might be that," as in the piano might soon be firewood. I'm not sure though.

Strewth, I've been trying to find a functional YouTube link for this song for over a week, to find out what you were posting about! Confused

At last I found it:

I have mixed feelings about the "New" song, as our Regina did not seem to be on TOP FORM that performance, with a few bum notes, she was also hidden behind the Piano and the video was cut short due to a GUARD! Eeker

It will be great to hear a pristine version in due course though! Wink

hey LV, until tuesday the only known recording was partial, the one you linked, from Nov 2009 in Nashville. People are buzzing because we NOW have a full recording, several, from Irving Plaza, Tuesday. The title has also been confirmed by regina as simply Firewood. So try try searching that.

or just watch my video for a complete pristine version.
