^^Don't worry, tony! I don't think anyone was offended by your criticism, and it's a fair point if that's what you feel. Don't take it back if it was honest. There's nothing wrong with getting defensive over her songs-- we all love them, and so we understand not wanting to see any negativity directed at them.

That said, it's fine if you want to drop it, but i hope you don't feel like you were somehow out of line, because i think your criticism was fair, and definitely came from a place that Stixers will understand just fine! Wink

P.S. Samson! Razzer Just teasing, of course.

quote:
Who was the person defending me a little. That was really nice.

It was me! heehee Wink I think, unless you meant someone else...

Well, I know how you feel. The idea of choosing one song over another makes me uneasy. But, you know, as it's been said, I think people don't view it that way and have different ideas about the game so it doesn't make me uncomfortable anymore. No big deal. Smiler And there are always the other game threads. I especially like Name that reg tune...in other words...

Though I haven't played in a while.

kaoir: I also hope you got into that Master selection thing. I remember you saying the French system can be so cruel. Frowner I hope it all works out, I think you will be amazing at what you do either way.

Aww.. Thank you so much guys!

porcupine-ologist! Your post was really nice. Thank you thank you thank you. You have no idea how much it means to me! Ooh. My cat is on my desk.. fvgfvhuy. Haha. I think she wanted to say "thank you for being so nice with my owner." Razzer

Unfortunately, I'm not selected.. but I keep smiling! Even if I can't study marine biology this year, I will apply for other Universities the next year and hopefully they will choose me. *fingers crossed*

I was so sad when I learned that I wasn't selected. I got good marks in exams and I've always been fascinated by marine species. I tried to talk with my teacher because I wanted to understand her choice but she didn't want to talk with me. =/

The key is to stay positive and enjoy life whatever happens! Smiler I'm involved in an international voluntary program! With other young people, we are going to develop a project to protect the biodiversity. These kind of projects are being put into practice all around the world and I don't know yet where I will live this year. I just know that I have to pay a small part of my travel costs. Also, I will receive free accommodation, food, etc.. The next week I will meet all the people involved in this program. Hehehe, that's so exciting!

Emma, I'm sorry if my story is frightening. Razzer I'm sure you will have a lot of fun this year! University is a wonderful place! I met a lot of awesome people and for the first time of your life you choose what you really want to study. I can't wait to start a new Master and (hopefully) get my diploma! Smiler

Intouchable has become a success, you are right! I hadn't heard of the website 1x.com. Thanks for the info! I love these sites but they are also counter-productive for me. Avoiding all the sites and just pick up the camera seems like a good idea. Smiler
