Which song verse do you feel like?

Recommended Posts

This song is sex. If you like "Home" by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeroes, then listen to this:

Of Monsters And Men, formed in 2010, are a six-piece indie-folk band from Reykjavík, Iceland.

Of Monsters And Men - "Little Talks"

(w/ lyrics)'

Now wait wait wait for me

Please hang around

I see you when I fall asleep

I feel at once so bright like a rusty vessel, a manifestation of my past. I need someone to re-activate my soul, please. I am yearning to reclaim my fading youth. Just shut up and float with the flow. And I will bequeath from you a hysterical hallelujah. A sweet orgasm of divine pleasure. A most perfect moaning of truth.

This song is heavenly.

Everybody knows

It hurts to grow up

And everybody does

It's so weird to be back here

Let me tell you what

The years go on and

We're still fighting it, we're still fighting it

And you're so much like me

I'm sorry

- Ben Folds - Still Fighting It

Sums me up pretty well right now, just a different context than that which the song implies. Sorry, not a reg song, but it is quite appropriate.

For me the Regina song I find myself relating to far too often is Patron Saint - "She's the knid of girl who'll smash herself down, in the night..."

Next monday, i will have an oral examination.

Now i'm feeling like that :

"I'm a shooting star leaping through the skies

Like a tiger defying the laws of gravity

I'm a racing car passing by like Lady Godiva

I'm gonna go go go

There's no stopping me !"

But monday, in front of the panel, i will probably feel like :

"And people are just people,

They shouldn't make you nervous." Red Face
